Last practical class for F&B today. Was quite happy coz its gonna be over!! But i will really miss my CKO classes. I miss chef Patrick... >.< and also i will miss ms Merry! nearly impossible to get a better lecturer. She understands her students well. Best lecturer i ever seen.
Anyways, Had beverage exam today, after F&B i pick a paper, and yup, got the most difficult cocktail to make. Cosmopolitan. to me its confusing. But i did ok la. at least the ingredient were correct. i did two mistakes. 1. I pour the wrong amount, and luckily in time to correct it when i realized. 2. After shaking the cocktail, i put it down, and nearly spilled the whole drink coz was not sealed properly. Guess i got lucky huh? :)
Next week practical exam. 2days continuously. CKOII & F&BII. Hope i do not mess up like i always do. Wish me luck!
