Busy busy busy!
Even my OFF days have to be occupied :'(
Tomorrow i have my whole day baking and decorate cupcakes and Paris-Brest
Because its my cousin's birthday
so, we are making a party at my place.
Haha luckily i took leave tomorrow form work.
So busy busy busy tomorrow.
And then i thought i will be FREE on Monday (no school)
BUT, jacky and my college friends asked me out.
I dont know which to chooose!!!???
lol i'd probably choose college friends la.
because we are doing our assignment interviewing Subway.

Food 1
I will bring lemang tmr
Because of a school assignment.
Mom cant find any lemang.
so she made it...
quite easy ^^
Taste really nice too!
But i bet it will turn REALLY hard tomorrow.

Food 2
Okay so i heard my lecturer is going to teach us to bake a Paris-brest
So,
I went out and buy some ingredients with mommy
And baked it. Tangan gatal. suddenly go bake it -.-
Anyways, i made a mess in my dinning room.
And did many careless mistakes :/
When i am done with the bread paste,
Mom asked me to pour it all into a tray.
(the picture shows that we should make it like a bun)
so i argued abit saying the picture shows it shaped like a bun
But, yeah, mom baked before so......
I place the tray into the oven.
It PUFF-ed up really really very perfectly.
UNTIL it slowly slowly......s..h..r..i..n...k.....
Shrink until.............................( speechless )
sigh.
Mom found out the problem.
Guess what she says?
We should actually make it like a Bun....
Great ._______. V
Anyways,
It actually taste great on the outside but really over-moist on the inside
Yuck :/
So we cut it in pieces and bake it again
But if bake longer, sure more nice but the skin is almost burned already
so....sigh...
AT LEAST the filling taste nice ;)

Anyways,
Wore full formal to college today
And bought chef shoe, utensils and shirt.
SO HEAVY
Today's class starts at 9 and ends at 6.
But what the hell man.
My 1st and 3rd period lecturer went to hospital. so class canceled.
So, we sit and chat for the whole 1st period.
And after it ends,
Only they tell us, 2nd period lecturer took a emergency MC
so, she called another lecturer to take her place for the day.
She only tell the replacement lecturer that we have 15students,
so she booked a room at computer lab which only fit 15 person.
So, the rest 15of us will get our replacement class next week.
What the fuck man?
Means today totally no class.
Luckily i live nearby~

I've got scammed today D:
We had this assignment that involve interviewing restaurants.
so, this morning, my friend called me to pyramid
for the assignment (LAST MINUTE)
I was like wtf? i am lazy lah.
But i went anyways.
And end up in the cinema.
watching Scream4

It wasn't scary.
Its boring :/
i dont get how the GUY beside me jumps so many times
HAHHHA
COWARD xD

Then went to college bla bla bla
After the class,
It was raining very heavily!
The longkang is flooded
and guess what i saw?
Cockroach .
Not 1 not 10 NOT even 50...
Its's more than that.
WTF right?
I was VERY very hopeful that i was sitting in the car.
I dint bring any camera on me..
so i cnt take any pictures

Had exam and wore Formal wear to school on Monday.
Luckily i did.
Because the 1st thing my lecturer, Chef Soo, say when he enter the class is

"Those who are not wearing proper formal wear ,get out of my class.including who is wearing jeans"

Students : "What....?"

Chef Soo :"NOW! get out! I dont care if you buy it now or whatever.OUT"

Very big size Student : "sorry, sir, i cant find me size when i buy yester......."

Chef Soo : "*shuts him up* NO excuses, OUT"

LOL damn scary right?
Plus, exam leh. if fail GG
After the test,
We have our Food and Beverage class.
And the similar thing happed.
*Miss Merry walks in*
Saw girls including me, dint tie hair properly.

Miss Merry :" Girls, geth out of my classsss now" <---- (her ascent)

Girls : *stare*

Miss Merry : " wath didh i tell chiu all thu do?"

Girls : *stare...???*

Miss Merry : " I asked chiu girls tiu tie you hair properly,hway arnt tiu girls listening?"

Girls : (thinks)*uh-oh*

Miss Merry : " dou chiu think thpis is a joke? how are chiu girls going tiu work next thime with cho hair like thips?

Girls : ..........

Miss Merry : " The door is dright dhere, walk outh now."

Miss Merry : " Alrighttha, I give you last chance, de next thime i see you i whanth to see your face ta and i whanta see your hair is cover with a net-ribbon bun th"

haha...scary.
After that she asked us all to walk out of the class,
And asked us to go cat walk, hand down, no swingging hang, head,body straight.
then she bring 5glasses of water and place it on top of the plate thingy.
And ask us to hold it using one hand and walk.
lol damn heavy and scary. coz when we break it, have to pay RM20 each.
Next is a VERY HUGE plate thingy, carrying 3 big plate
And ask us to carry one hand and other side with shoulder.
And walk. So really unstable! ><
we went beck to class,
and teacher teaches us how to fold napkin :)
damn nice wei~ i am proud that i learn hehe

Omg....apocalypse coming ah? lol

then went to a far-away Gaint

Bought cheap clothes

And bought a portable speaker!!!

I always wanted that :3

Hehe cost me RM89

But my mom says she belanja

OMG.

Wow.
I never knew,
Working while studying is so hard.
I feel so stressed.

Study for my Japanese class,
Barely can have enough sleep,
missed all the family activities.
I even barely have enough time to do assignments,

How sad is that?
hahaha nevermind.
This week,
I am going back home town and visit my Grandpa from heaven
No internet nothing there,
so, its a good time for me to study and sleep like there's no tomorrow!

Right, so.
went out for a field trip again today to a factory.
About how they produce basin ,drawer and refrigerator.
I wrote down everything while others do nothing.
i wrote it down because i thought we are doing a report.
But in the end our lecturer told us no need to do report about this.
Lol? sigh. nvm. can learn more by writing ma.

Anyways,
I got my chef full uniform today.
Except the shoes :x

It went really fine.

because mom came back late with my food.

and went back to college.

i thought the time table state that i have to stay until 6 until i can balik.
But wth?? its for another group.
So, yeah, i am home now at 2.
I am sweating all over...

1st day at College

Well,
Today is my first day of college life
hm....
I was nearly late :/
A student guide me to my class,
when the door open,
All i see is faces facing me, All wearing the same T-shirt. wtf?
the lecturer asked me to pick a place to sit,
and continue teaching.
I feel so awkward for being "late" and being the only one not wearing the same T-shirt
Anyway, i went back home at 11 (break time)
and change to that "everyone-is-wearing-that-T'shirt" shirt.
went back to the college at 1
And yay!! we went out for a trip!
well, we missed the shuttle bus, so we just walk.
and surprisingly, we walked to Sunway Hospital lol..
And head to the kitchen,
we wear sanitizer, apron , shower cap
and enter the kitchen blablabla
and then, we had free desserts lol..
and in the end, my lecturer said we are going to write a report about it.
500 words. LOL how the hell? what the? no tittle nothing??
great :/
and then walked back to college,
went into class and its was 3 something. 3 hours more until class ends
but then, the lecturer said
" hey guys, we have nothing to do already,so, class dismissed!"
everyone was like wtf? so early?
Its good anyway, just that i have to WALK home under the REALLY hot sun :/
