Practical class today was fun!! was so excited coz the technique we are gonna learn is Flambe!!
I saw my friends flambe... just a little fire. So, i think it is supposed to be like that.. I feel relax la... coz small fire ma... When it is my turn, i asked my manager to call for ms merry have to show her how i do it ma.. then my manager say no need o, she will come and see when i pour the rum wo.. So i said ok lo.... but in the end miss merry dint come ... -.- kena scold lo for not calling her... SIEN...
Anyways, I did the flambe anyway... The fire was so big that i panicked a little at the same time felt really fun. I thought it wasn't supposed to be like that. The customers i am serving was like WOW then try to avoid the fire hahhaa They should look at their faces OMG!! hahahha
okok hahhaa overall, day was damn tired la.. My sleeping time is all upside down now hahha
