Had kitchen class today.. Don't ask me how was it, It is as usual, a place that will activate my sickness, high blood pressure. She wants my heart to stop beating... loool.
I tried this dish, (Duck confit) last sem, it was awesome. Something like this:
And the vegetable wulala~ Damn nice, I even booked a reservation to dine in at Thursday for the Duck confit. But now,after i learnt how to cook it, i regret... I dont know if it is supposed to be cooked like that. But this type of cooking that chef teach is wayy way way toooooo.... unhealthy. I dont dare to eat already.... help me T^T
