End of November 2011
Never ever gonna remember this day.
Its just so damn disappointing and depressing.
Just screw up too much things.
Everything is not going well.
Just make me hate myself so much.


Early in the morning, when the exam has not started yet.
I accidentally did something bad. Really really really bad.
Really felt like breaking down at that time.
But still, must stay strong for exam.
Hanging a big bright smile on my face.
Hoping everything will get better.
But, no. Everything went  horrible.
All i can say is, WORST DAY of my 17+ years life.

No one was there for me on the most crucial moment.
But thank you mom, 
you know me well, so you noticed, and tried to comforted me.
Even tho its just a short sentence, its enough for me to keep on living.
Havent been crying this hard for so so so long time.
Haih. 
December, WILL be a better month.

Last practical class for F&B today.
Was quite happy coz its gonna be over!!
But i will really miss my CKO classes.
I miss chef Patrick... >.<
and also i will miss ms Merry!
nearly impossible to get a better lecturer.
She understands her students well. Best lecturer i ever seen.


Anyways,
Had beverage exam today, after F&B
i pick a paper, and yup,
got the most difficult cocktail to make.
Cosmopolitan.
to me its confusing.
But i did ok la. at least the ingredient were correct.
i did two mistakes.
1. I pour the wrong amount, 
and luckily in time to correct it when i realized.
2. After shaking the cocktail, i put it down, 
and nearly spilled the whole drink coz was not sealed properly.
Guess i got lucky huh? :)


Next week practical exam.
2days continuously.
CKOII & F&BII.
Hope i do not mess up like i always do.

Practical class today was fun!!
was so excited 
coz the technique we are gonna learn is Flambe!!









































I saw my friends flambe... just a little fire.
So, i think it is supposed to be like that..
I feel relax la... coz small fire ma...
When it is my turn, i asked my manager to call for ms merry
have to show her how i do it ma..
then my manager say no need o, she will come and see when i pour the rum wo..
So i said ok lo.... but in the end miss merry dint come ...
-.- kena scold lo for not calling her... SIEN...


Anyways,
I did the flambe anyway...
The fire was so big that i panicked a little at the same time felt really fun.
I thought it wasn't supposed to be like that.
The customers i am serving was like WOW then try to avoid the fire hahhaa
They should look at their faces OMG!! hahahha

overall, day was damn tired la..
My sleeping time is all upside down now hahha

My college looks so empty today..
Replacement class on a Saturday.

I went to a friend's party just now.
Met my secondary school friends there.
It was kind of fun meeting them 
and catching up.
Anyways, drank
YE HUA JIU (椰花酒).
Its alcoholic, but taste real sweet.
Very nice to drink.
Luckily i stopped drinking,
Coz i am having headache now -.-
Drank quite alot ...
And shit, i forgot.
I am having my Japanese examination tomorrow.

Fnb Practical class was scary..
Mr Daniel stares at me when i am doing technique of silver service.
When i am nervous, my brain will totally shuts down,
I dont even know how to answer really simple questions..
But i really enjoyed today's operation, challenging!
haha..
After that, had my beverage study practical class,
Learnt to make latte and cappuccino ~
In class, only two person made the perfect latte,
And i am very proud to be one of that person :P

Had kitchen class today..
Don't ask me how was it,
It is as usual, 
a place that will activate my sickness, high blood pressure.
She wants my heart to stop beating... loool.


I tried this dish, (Duck confit) last sem, it was awesome.

Damn nice,
I even booked a reservation to dine in at Thursday for the Duck confit.
But now,after i learnt how to cook it, i regret...
I dont know if it is supposed to be cooked like that.
But this type of cooking that chef teach is wayy way way toooooo.... unhealthy.
I dont dare to eat already.... help me T^T

I woke up at 12,
Then clean and tidy up EVERYTHING i own
After that do alllll my homework.
until 5, i baked crust and have no idea what to put as filling!!

Today, all 4 of my BE teammates were late for class..
The worst thing is late for Ms. unacceptable's class
She was scolding when we walked in.
Noissssy..
She nag nag and nag for 1hour!!! LOL

But the weird part is,
She suddenly tell the whole class me and my team did great on our role play assignment.
I thought i hear wrongly hahahha...
She ask me and my team stand in front of the class..
I thought she's gonna eat me or something...
But surprisingly, she asked the whole class to give an applause to us..
Cant stop laughing,
all 4 of us were so late to class today still give us applause hahahaha
Its just so weird...But PROUD... So random!

After my F&B class end,
Nicole fetched Divya, Evon and me
While Jia er fetched YinVoon,
Chui Sharn fetch her self and her Bf
To pasar malam called Taman Connaught at Cheras.
Well, i am very surprised my mom would let me go pasar malam.
She never let me out at night.
Maybe cause she knows i having stress,
If dont go out, I'll do something stupid hahaha


Anyways, 
Changed and chatted at Nicole's home.
And i.saw.this.BEAR
OMGGG so nice to hug T^T
Just the right size to hug and sleep with!
I wannna haha

























We went pasar at about 5 or 6.
All squeeze in one car


























Bought a little this and a little that.
There's alot of food there i never see before.
They say its a 2hours walk pasar malam
But dont seem to be 2 hours lo..
Maybe walk until very song, 
So dint know time passed so fast haha









Luckily we decided to rest at a chow kuey teow shop
Coz it starts raining..
Very heavily..
Sit there also can get wet T^T
So we NOM NOM NOOooooOOM!
And realized we cant finish the food ._______.
So, we went back to nicole's house start counting the balance
Cost RM14+ each person  :)

At 9, Jia Er fetched us back to college.
By using GPS..
But, once we missed one junction.
LOST.
Lost to KL some more.

Anyways, we manage to find the right road

Jia Er told us her car break got something wrong.....
lol... thats scary...
So, she kept driving and driving

Overall,
Its Fun + Scary.

I am so blur..
Plus, SOMEONE really like to add pressure to me 
Seriously, when u do something important,
Please dont go near her, you'll regret.
Probably of her bad temper.
Just make me PANIC even things are fine.
PLUS, she give me that look,
saying that "You're useless"
Damn! that really hurts and sometimes get on to my nerves!
GAH! Skip this part.

Anyways, I was in good luck at first 
but bad luck when the operation closed.
Finding customers is surprisingly not a problem.
It went just fine. 
Until, we lost money... about RM40+
I am getting suspicious of my team members.
Two of them do not let me help them on the money even tho i am the manager.
In the end, we have to pay for it,
And gonna say bye bye to my cash floats :'(
