I do not understand why my family always have to bring me problems
When i fell frustrated or stressed.
I thought family should know how each other feel.

I called my mom to pick me up at 1.
she dint answer my call, so nvm,
i called again at 1.30...
then again, after 1 hour.
And last, at 3.
No one pick up.
I thought she was in a meeting..
So, i went home.
I have no keys,
I phone my bro, and he told me, he, sis and mom at summit.
Enjoyed their lunch and mom buying my sister a PS3.
So pissed wan lo.
Don't answer my calls because want to buy PS3 for my sis.
I swear i am not going to cry over this.
NOT WORTH IT!

Out of no where,
Mommy ask if i wanna laptop.
She going to buy me one tomorrow.

Had exam on friday.

Its salad and hard boil egg for appetizer and CHICKEN!
haha luckily i did chicken at home~
1st, we take ingredients for chicken and salad.
The worst part is, there is NOTHING for us to weight the amount of ingredient.
We have to agak agak.
2nd, we do trussing for the chicken.
Luckily i did well.
After that,
chop chicken, make stock, cook chicken, glaze carrot tourne blablabla
Then, make dressing for my salad, and cook my egg.
One of my class mate did something and the pan was caught on fire,
Reallllly big fire! luckily the kitchen dint burn down.
And luckily chef was not there xD
If not sure 0 marks for him.
Anyway,We finished JUST IN TIME.
Everyone did well
We have to present about our food.
Chef say,
"egg *nod head*"
"carrot *nod head*"
"salad *nod head*"
"Chicken *nod head*"
THEN,
"potato *shakes head* whr is ur seasoning?"
"Chicken sauce *shakes head* why so thick?"
"what do you think about ur dish?"
me: "ha? the....i...i duno..."
" what? say, what do u think?"
me:" uhm. I work too slow and i think i over cook the chicken?"
" that's all?"
me:" yeah, guess so."
(SHIT ME! should have said sauce too thick and potato no seasoning ah!!)
waliao... i too nervous liao ...
haih..But anyways, i got 60 over 90.
Pass then ok lo. got 3rd in class :)
it was a bad timing la.
I had nose bleed right from the start of the exam until the end ._.
Anyways, prepare serving the customers for the Camelot event at 3
The decor of the event was AWESOME!!!!
seriously damn nice lo~
then, the festival begins!
and hahaha almost everything is messed up.
Chef was angry.
Scold bad words and rush out to the dinning room
and walk back in furiously.
Crazy, should take medicine to chill down..
After the event, everyone was tired,
and we ate the extras that chef made.
Food was, Not Good.
seriously.
i only like the pouched wine pear.
Hehe.

Was so fucking tired after serving,
Its already 12midnight.
Mom still force me to eat supper with my uncle from Australia.
Sorry uncle, for making black face that day,
coz i was too tired.
