Chopped and cooked chicken today with Nicole~
Haha everything was good and perfect
UNTIL
we pour the chicken stock into the flour+butter
lol.... sucks...
Anyways, went to dinning room and had lunch.

Went back home and cooked fish, sauce vin blanc, chicken and smashed potato

Is it normal to have nose bleed everyday?
it started on Sunday.
Then i have nose bleed twice everyday till now.

celebrated kelvin's birthday at Nando's
lol...i'll never go there to have any meal again...

I slept in the cinema TWICE...
Not because boring lah...it was quite ok wan..
But tired ._. what to do?

OMG~ i spend more and more after starting college.

Have to memorize everyone's name. about 35 person.

who took me to the student medical center,
And ask me to TAKE CARE~
awww he is so sweet ♥
so, he kena picked, and among 35+ people
he is asked to name my name and where i stay,
he managed to answer it correctly!!
OMG~ i feel so happy la hahaha

The oyster is also as big and rich!!
Well, i think this dish is too much for one person.

Genoise Sponge Cake
Practiced baking genoise with Yen on Wednesday,
since i dont have any machine at home,
we used hand...
fucking tiring :(
I even squad down to whip it coz hand too tired
The pastry cream was a fail,
and whip cream does not form.
So.... the cake facial expression showing how we feel.
Had our exam on Friday.
I did everything perfectly.
the whip cream nicely done,
the pastry cream nicely cooked,
genoise reach sabayon stage and folded the flour in just nice.
Just one thing, ONE, spoiled almost everything!
I mixed up the sugar between the genoise sponge cake and the pastry cream.
making the pastry cream taste TOO sweet,
And my genoise sponge cake became hard and wont rise as much.
What a failure.
I hope chef joyce will pity me after i made my presentation.

But it was too fucking crowded!!
So, we went to Summit to watch it,
fetched by our "driver" HAHA
then get to know that there is no seats left.
