1st attempt on making macaroons last month, Which is a fail -.-
Empty in the inside and no feet. :/ So, i decided to try another recipe yesterday. 2nd attempt, Same, empty and wet in the middle,making it stick onto the paper. Making the middle hollow..
and finally, tiny feet! :D
Mom told me, the middle was hollow coz it's not cook. Well, thats how i regretted making the decision on put it back into the oven -.- look! look at the color... not nice ady -.- ish..
Really damn stupid la me... Anyway, the almond powder damn hard to sift!!!! ish... half of the packet's not even powder... T.T
