Today we had our CKO (culinary kitchen operation) practical class.
It was FUN!
we finally get to do things without any partner snatching to do the job.
HAHA TRUE WAD!
But it is also the MOST dangerous class EVER.
It really freaks me out.
When we started cutting some vegetable,
Wan Tching, was standing beside me.
and i WATCH her. CHOP.
then i see LOADS of blood flowing out her hand.
Its like VOLCANO!
Our chef ask her to wash her hand
and ask his assistance to bring her to the clinic.
I saw there's drops of blood on her chopping board
AND a piece of huge nail on her knife
i was freaked out. while everyone kept chopping.
Some dint know, some wasn't freak out at all...
My hand was trembling that time -.-
Chef saw, and dint even try to wash the blood or trow the nail away
WTF right?
This is wan Tching with her injurt finger
After awhile,
Kek wen sliced her finger too.
Not THAT bad la. just one drop of blood.
And then, my turn.. just tiny. i dint even realized until chef told me.
ANYWAYS,
This is our chef. (Chef Soon)
He is a great Chef :)
But you will D.I.E if you make him mad.

This is what we cooked,
Leek and potato soup
Macedoine de legumes
And lastly, scramble eggs with tomato fondue
Then we makan.
We are so full. we cnt even finish it.
