Food 1 I will bring lemang tmr Because of a school assignment. Mom cant find any lemang. so she made it... quite easy ^^ Taste really nice too! But i bet it will turn REALLY hard tomorrow.
Food 2 Okay so i heard my lecturer is going to teach us to bake a Paris-brest So, I went out and buy some ingredients with mommy And baked it. Tangan gatal. suddenly go bake it -.- Anyways, i made a mess in my dinning room. And did many careless mistakes :/ When i am done with the bread paste, Mom asked me to pour it all into a tray. (the picture shows that we should make it like a bun) so i argued abit saying the picture shows it shaped like a bun But, yeah, mom baked before so...... I place the tray into the oven. It PUFF-ed up really really very perfectly. UNTIL it slowly slowly......s..h..r..i..n...k..... Shrink until.............................( speechless ) sigh. Mom found out the problem. Guess what she says? We should actually make it like a Bun.... Great ._______. V Anyways, It actually taste great on the outside but really over-moist on the inside Yuck :/ So we cut it in pieces and bake it again But if bake longer, sure more nice but the skin is almost burned already so....sigh... AT LEAST the filling taste nice ;) Well, it should look like THIS:
